This weekend I’m traveling with Jadyn and looking forward to some quality time with her, so Anthony will be on solo farmer’s market duty. It’s such a relief knowing the grocery list is ready and the cozy dinner ingredients will be already planned out for next week. The temperatures are finally starting to drop here and I’m living for it, I can’t believe it’s already mid-October. I’m especially excited for the meatballs and mashed potatoes on Friday, it’s the perfect way to end a chilly fall week. As usual, all the recipes are non-spicy so they’re kid-friendly, don’t require much prep time, and there’s a full grocery list at the bottom to make shopping easy. Each meal makes six servings so we’ll have plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day.
