

I made this for Easter and my kids LOVED it, it has that delicious pistachio almond taste with a hint of lemon. I had to make it again for my daughter’s 4th birthday party and she enjoyed making it with me! This is also gluten-free so it’s great for a party if you’re worried about allergies, (but it doesn’t taste gluten-free) it’s still moist and fluffy and not overly sweet. All the ingredients I used below are organic too. I used this topper for the day of the party.
