Things I'm Loving...

Flower Child just opened up here in Franklin and that was a lunch spot I loved when we were in LA. The chicken enchiladas are sooo good so we had those last night! I’ve also been loving the Coconut Cloud Americano from Perren bakery (this cute European inspired bakery that recently opened), I’m off to get one after this. The area is seeing so much growth and the In n Out building is currently being built… it’s supposed to open late 2025 so I’m really looking forward to that!

FASHION:

BEAUTY:

RMS Beauty is having a sale, so I rounded up my go-to faves. Pique are my favorite electrolytes… they have super clean ingredients and taste so good! Electrolytes help your body absorb water better, support energy and recovery, and prevent you from getting dehydrated (which can still happen even if you’re drinking tons of plain water). You can also get them naturally from coconut water or just by adding a good-quality salt (I like Baja Gold). I drink two full 40oz Stanley cups a day (aim to drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water each day, and increase that amount if you're sweating, exercising, or having caffeine) I add my Pique electrolytes to my first round, then salt to the rest of my water for the day!

KIDS:

We’re in the middle of setting up Poppy’s new bed (she’s been in a crib for longer than I thought, but she loves it so much- she loves that Elliott can’t climb in it and get all her dogs). I’ll be doing a post here for the before and after, it’s just so cute. I added a few things from the Nordstrom sale that I use all the time (our Wonderfold wagon for walks and our stroller for the farmers market).

The others are items I recommend to my friends who are first time moms. The newborn wrap was my favorite with Elliott- he always took his naps on me (realized I didn’t need a bassinet with him because we never used it once). The carseat wrap I also used as a nursing cover in public or especially on a flight, he would fall asleep on me in there because it was so cozy. Plus other favorites:
