Things I'm Loving...
We’re heading to our first rodeo this weekend, and all I can think about is western wear. You can pull off the look in a cool, classy way… no costume required. Here are a few of my favorite pieces. I even went hunting for Zara’s all-cotton white blouse in store (it’s so good), but it was sold out… so I’m ordering it online!

BEAUTY
I’m really into oiling my hair before washing to encourage it to grow strong and healthy- I want to grow my hair LONG. The morning I plan to wash it, I massage a blend of rosemary and argan oil into my scalp, then saturate my ends with argan oil… and on those days I pull my hair into a slick bun or ponytail which usually makes it quick to style.
I use a scalp massager daily to boost circulation (I avoid the silicone ones because they always pull my hair and get tangled) I also use the Scalp Revival treatment weekly (after shampooing) for a deeper clean. In the shower I love the Rahua shampoo (all natural ingredients) and I use it on the kids hair too. K18 is so great to help avoid breakage, Dell my hair colorist, recommend it to me in 2020 when I would dye my front pieces blonde and I’ve been hooked every since. I leave it on for four minutes before applying any other product to protect my front pieces and ends.

HOME/KITCHEN
Every weekend here we go to this adorable country-chic coffee house and they have the BEST chai latte. So during the week when I make my coffee at home I try to replicate it, it’s still not the same but this Beauty Latte mix has all organic ingredients plus marine collagen. I use half the scoop though otherwise it’s too sweet.
I love this set of ruffle plates, Elliott broke a couple right when we moved in so I’m happy they’re available for pre-order again I just placed mine so I can restock what I’m missing. I love how simple but pretty they are!
Love this glass tumbler- I find I drink more water daily if I fill it up in the morning and keep it with me, the lid makes it convenient when I’m outside but also looks cute without it.
I got this tiny flower vase recently at Target and Poppy has been loving finding flowers on our walk to add to it. I originally got it for our guest bathroom, thought it would be a cute touch next to the handsoap… but she wants it in her room on her shelf.
This watering can is perfect for Poppy to help me water the plants outside (her and Elliott have been fighting over it) I didn’t think that one through all the way, but it’s not too heavy that when it’s filled with water she can still lift it. Also cute for any indoor plants.
Our mornings aren’t complete without Manukora honey…the kids love it drizzled on their yogurt, and the honey sticks make the perfect snack. Manukora has potent antibacterial action to ease gut imbalances and support healthy digestion and its natural anti-inflammatory compounds help reduce systemic inflammation. Clinical studies show Manuka honey enhances skin repair and accelerates wound healing, and its prebiotic effect nourishes beneficial gut bacteria. Because its sugars break down more slowly than regular honey, you get a steadier, gentler rise in blood sugar. Plus, Manukora is certified glyphosate and pesticide-free. Use my code BRITTXAVIER for free honey sticks.

KIDS
I’ve been reading Poppy a nighttime story from the Bible books below, it’s really cute because now when she sees a rainbow after it rains she says it’s because of what God promised Noah after the flood (so I know she’s remembering each of the stories). I have to use the board books for Elliott (Baby’s first bible stories) otherwise he’ll rip the pages. Right now he likes pointing out the animals in the book. Overall it’s been a sweet nighttime routine.
These tiny magnet vases- (very small) are currently on the side of my espresso machine filled with a drop of water and flowers from our walk. Poppy loved sticking them around the house to see what’s magnetic. We currently can’t find the clear vase one after she was playing with them all day but she told me “don’t worry mom, it’ll show up”.
Target has really cute all-cotton pieces for kids. These are ones I got recently for them, Poppy wore this dress to the rodeo kickoff event, but figured it’s also a cute dress for church.
She’s been loving her new cowboy boots, love the neutral… they look classy with dresses but she can also wear them with leggings in the fall.
We go to a holistic dentist (fluoride-free), and this is the toothpaste he recommended for the kids. It tastes like cake batter and they LOVE it. It’s been making teeth brushing easier at night because they want to use the toothpaste. Instead of fluoride, it uses hydroxyapatite, the same mineral that makes up tooth enamel, to gently remineralize and strengthen their teeth while helping prevent cavities. It’s also free from harsh chemicals, so it’s safe if they swallow a bit, and the natural flavor means no artificial sweeteners or colors.
The egg crate is technically a home item, but after the farmers market Poppy helps me arrange all the eggs in it and she likes the compartments and how there’s no lid, she’s also played with it in her play kitchen for all her wooden eggs too.
