Things I'm Loving...
It’s starting to feel like summer more and more everyday here in Tennessee, we’ve been going out at sunset to see the fireflies, the kids have been loving running around the grass and seeing them light up!
FASHION
I’m all about lightweight and airy clothing right now so I can enjoy these summer nights and I love a sleek flip flop with baggy jeans:
white tee | plaid tank | lace trim tank | black dress | cream dress | pink button up | gingham top | flowy pants | leather flip flops
BEAUTY
I recently organized my fragrances and these are my favorite vanilla scents, the travel size is great for a handbag too. I love layering them… Nest perfume oil on my wrists as a base, then a spritz of one of these on top for something more personal.

HOME/KITCHEN
Jadyn is here visiting and I set up her room to have a cozy hotel vibe, and I loveee this tiny mini Keurig because its very compact and fit perfectly on the nightstand, it was a really cute touch.
Last year we switched from using non stick pans (which may contain forever chemicals and leech into food) to stainless steel. This is the set that we have now and I use them everyday, they’re so high quality and are the essential sizes.
This kitchen scale is so much easier to use than measuring cups when baking anything (less cleanup after), and what I use for measuring out my sourdough recipes.
I also got Jadyn these cozy sheets for her room, I thought they were a good price for the quality.
I ordered these shelves for the office room for different frames and thought they were so cute!
This milk frother is what the kids use to mix their probiotic in the morning…they think it’s the best little game. It’s also great if you like your latte milk extra frothy. Lately, I’ve been adding bee pollen, cinnamon, and honey to mine.
I use this waffle maker almost every weekend… we’ve been making sourdough waffles with einkorn flour, and lately I’ve been adding chia seeds and vanilla protein powder to make them even more filling. They’re so good, and the kids love them! I’m planning to share the recipe on here (next time I remember to film it as we’re making them).

KIDS
At the Homestead Festival (you can see the video on it HERE), Poppy picked out a wooden fox toy with wheels. Anthony added a little string so she could pull it around the house, and she’s been completely obsessed with it. She calls it “taking her fox for a walk” and will have a full conversation with it as she goes… it's the sweetest thing. I didn’t expect it to be such a hit, so I found a few similar ones.
We also went to the American Girl store the other day and she picked out this little rabbit, she was really impressed that it came with these tiny carrots (and what helped her settle on her choice).
This is the stroller we use everyday for walks, it’s really lightweight and folds easily into the car.
These are Poppy’s must-haves anytime she eats or has a snack. I got these stainless steel plates and bowls last year (around the time I swapped out our pans), and now they’re the only ones she wants to use. Same with this cup she calls her “strawberry cup”… it’s her favorite, and we bring it along anytime we’re out. Elliott has his own too, in the light blue.

This week on the podcast, we’re sharing our experience at the Homestead Festival and some of the tips we’ve already started using (even though we don’t have a farm). There were so many great insights from experts that fit right into everyday life. Listen to it HERE.
Thanks for being here,
Brittany
